Preparation


HEATING DIRECTIONS - FLAT GRILL:

  1. Slice ham.
  2. Cook at 350ºF; grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

HEATING DIRECTIONS - OVEN:

  1. Place on rack in roasting pan, covering pan tightly with foil.
  2. Bake in a 325ºF oven for 17-20 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 140ºF.
  3. May bake in a baking bag.
