Preparation


THAWING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Store cake frozen until ready to use.
  2. Slit overwrap and remove only needed cakes.
  3. COVER AND RETURN UNUSED PORTIONS TO THE FREEZER.
  4. While still frozen, peel off baking liner from sides and bottom.
  5. Plate individual cake. Place cakes in an enclosed cart or on a covered sheet pan.
  6. Thaw in refrigerator about 2-3 hours or until thawed.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.
